Terms of Service

Last updated July 14, 2026

Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and, where no separate signed agreement is in place, your relationship with Cadenflow ("we", "us") as a client. Where a client has a separate service agreement or statement of work with Cadenflow, that agreement governs the automation service itself, and these Terms apply only to general use of this website.

The service

Cadenflow builds and operates AI-powered customer-support automation for e-commerce and service businesses. For each client, the service classifies incoming customer messages, drafts replies from a brand-voice guide and the client's own data, and — after a human on the client's team approves — sends the reply or applies an order update the customer requested. Specific scope, pricing, and service levels for a given engagement are set out in that client's separate service agreement, not on this website.

Using this website

This site is informational. You may browse it, book a call via our Cal.com link, or contact us by email. You agree not to use the site to transmit anything unlawful, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the site's normal operation.

Acceptable use of the automation service

Clients agree to use the service only for legitimate customer-support purposes, to maintain the accuracy of any data (such as Shopify credentials or knowledge-base content) they provide us, and not to use the service to send content that is unlawful, deceptive, or that misrepresents the client's identity to their own customers.

Intellectual property

Cadenflow retains all rights in the software, prompts, and systems we build and operate. Each client retains all rights in their own data — customer messages, order data, and knowledge-base content — which we process solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only as needed to perform under these Terms or an applicable service agreement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that automated replies will always be accurate or error-free — the human-approval step exists precisely because AI output can be wrong, and clients are responsible for reviewing drafts before anything that touches money or account changes is sent. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadenflow's liability arising from these Terms or an applicable service agreement is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable service agreement. We may suspend access to the automation service if we reasonably believe it is being used unlawfully or in a way that risks harm to a client's customers.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Cadenflow's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date below reflects the last update; continued use of the site or service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
